VDC provides its VDC WorldTalk^SM partners the opportunity to terminate significant volumes of commercial telephony traffic. As a leading provider of wholesale telecommunications traffic, VDC sells its services to tier one global carriers. VDC also offers VDC WorldTalk^SM partners competitive termination rates to the U.S. and all other international destinations via the VDC WorldTalk^SM network.

Partners can originate and terminate calls over the VDC WorldTalk^SM network. They handle all sales, marketing, end-user pricing and customer support in their country for the originating business. VDC can assist partners in the design and purchase of properly configured VoIP gateway equipment from Cisco Systems or assist partners with existing compatible gateways to join the network. The VDC WorldTalk^SM engineering team is available to assist in the installation and connection of these Cisco VoIP gateways to the VDC WorldTalk^SM network. Partners must establish a data connection to the VDC WorldTalk^SM network (Internet or IPLC) and a PSTN connection within their local countries. Partners have complete autonomy for end-user pricing, marketing, sales, and customer support in their countries.

Non-U.S. service providers who wish to invest in and operate an IP telephony gateway can terminate and originate traffic on the VDC Worldtalk^SM network.
