emerging Internet telephony carrier that provides domestic and international voice and facsimile

Frederick A. Moran, VDC's Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, was the co-founder, Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer of International Telcell, Inc., the predecessor to Metromedia
International Group Inc. (AMEX: MMG) and the founder and President of Moran & Associates,
Inc., a communications focused investment banking and securities brokerage firm, and Moran
Asset Management, Inc., a communications focused investment advisory firm. |
